Stories of Gastronomic Life

 

 

The School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition organizes the series of online events "Stories of gastronomic life: territory, products, business and people", in collaboration with the Emilia-Romagna Region, Parma Italian Capital of Culture 2020+21, Barilla Academy, Podere Stuard, Professional Gastronomists Association and Bizzozero Foundation. The events are dedicated to students and to all citizens, and will be included as part of the educational activities of the Master's Degree in "Management of food quality systems and gastronomy", Department of Economic and Business Sciences, University of Parma.

Registrations are open and participation is free!
