IFU University - Juice Processing Summer School 2026 - V edition
From 16 to 18 June 2026 the School, in collaboration with IFU - International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association, is organizing the IFU Juice Processing Summer School for the fifth consecutive year.
If you are a Unipr student on the degree courses in Food Science and Technology, Food Safety and Risk Management, Engineering for the Food Industry or a PhD student in Food Science and Industrial Engineering, you can apply to attend the course for free.
If you're part of the Unipr Alumni community, you can register at the price reserved exclusively for members of the International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association.
