The School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition launches a selection procedure for the awarding n.1 Research Grant for the project entitled "Food Security: Valorization of African Food Sources".
Themes of the Research Project is the valorization of African food sources to improve their functionality in terms of technological/sensory/nutritional/microbiological/safety and authenticity.
