Laura Pineschi

Laura Pineschi is Full Professor of International Law at the University of Parma. She is the author of two monographs and the editor of various volumes, published in Italy and abroad. The results of her research activity in the fields of international environmental law, human rights law, cultural heritage and UN peacekeeping operations have also been published in Italian and international academic journals and book chapters. She is currently Director of the Center for Studies in European and International Affairs (CSEIA) of the University of Parma, where she formerly served as Dean of the Faculty of Law and Director of the Master Programme in Health, Environment and Food: European Law and Risk Regulation. In 2015 she was the Director of the Directed Studies of The Hague Academy of International Law, and she has been a Member of the Directive Council of the Italian Society of International Law from 2009 to 2016.
