Food Security: Valorization of African Food Sources

The School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition launches a selection procedure for the awarding of one Research Grant for the project entitled "Food Security: Valorization of African Food Sources" lasting 10 months, from February 2023, to be carried out at the University of Parma.

Theme of the Research Project is the valorization of african food sources to improve their functionality in terms of technological/sensory/nutritional/microbiological/safety and authenticity.

If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the food field obtained, or you are a PhD student, in one of the following in one of the following universities: Universite' Mohammed V Rabat (Marocco), Ines-Ruhengeri - Institute of Applied Sciences (Rwanda), University of Rwanda, Université Cheikh Anta Diop De Dakar (Senegal), Universite’ De Lome’ (Togo), Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny – Yamoussoukro (Cote D’Ivoire), Universite Peleforo Gon Coulibaly – Korhogo (Cote D’Ivoire), Hawassa University (Etiopia)

The deadline for the submission of application is 30th September 2022
