Food Sustainability & Food City Design: what has changed and what has been achieved
![]() The project Food sustainability: from global problem to opportunity for regional socio-economic development began its work in 2019. It has been financed by the Emilia-Romagna region (resolution no. 1251/2019) and it focused on an increasingly important topic for many regional realities. As part of this project, training opportunities of various kinds were organised, from professional master programmes to summer schools but also webinars and workshops. Students and professionals from all over the world attended the activities learing from experts of the academic and enterprenurial world. (For more details) After 5 years of working, the School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrtiotion has decided to expand still more and to create an event to share the topics covered and the goals achieved within the project with the public. The event Food Sustainability & Food City Design: what has changed and what has been achieved was held on the 20 September 2024, at 9 am, by Laboratorio Aperto Parma (Vicolo dell' Axis n.5 43121 Parma PR).
