Food Sustainability & Food City Design: what has changed and what has been achieved
The project Food sustainability: from global problem to opportunity for regional socio-economic development began its work in 2019. It has been financed by the Emilia-Romagna region (resolution no. 1251/2019) and it aims to focus on an increasingly important topic for many regional realities.
As part of this project, training opportunities of various kinds were organised, from professional master programmes to summer schools but also webinars and workshops. Students and professionals from all over the world attended the activities learing from experts of the academic and enterprenurial world. (For more details)
After 5 years of working, the School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrtiotion has decided to expand still more and to create an event open to the public to share the topics covered and the goals achieved within the project.
On the 20 September 2024, starting from 9 am, at Laboratorio Aperto Parma (Vicolo dell' Axis n.5 43121 Parma PR)the event Food Sustainability & Food City Design: what has changed and what has been achieved will be held.
The event is part of the rich calendar of Settembre Gastronomico coordinated by the Municipality of Parma. Given the limited capacity of the location, booking is recommended for the different moments of the event (morning or afternoon) by using the form below.
