Multi-Strategic Intervention to Promote the Implementation of a Healthy and Sustainable University Canteen Policy

 

The School of Advanced Studies on Food and Nutrition, in the context of the "Food Sustainability: From Global Problem to Regional Socio-Economic Development Opportunity" Project, funded by the Emilia Romagna Region, offers a one-day international course to study different approaches to improve sustainability of University canteens: "Multi-strategic intervention to promote the implementation of a healthy and sustainable university canteen policy".
