IFU University Juice Processing Summer School

 

From 21 to 23 June 2022 the School, in collaboration with IFU, is organizing a course for professionals in the sector on issues relating to the industrial processes of the production of fruit and vegetable juices.

The Summer School will be held at the University Campus and includes theoretical lessons combined with practical experiences in the laboratory and in the processing areas of the pilot plants.
